How Anthos curates your event experience
We’ll send you a questionnaire to fill out and schedule a time to have an initial conversation with you about who you are, your big day, and just generally get to know each other!
Get to know you consultation
If both parties decide we’d like to work together, we ask that you put down a small deposit and we get to work designing based on the information you gave us. We will schedule a second call to go over a custom visual proposal, design recommendations, and an estimate with you.
Visual proposal and estimate
Once you’ve signed your contract and paid your deposit, we’ll get started on curating your event! We’ll handle all the details from floral order and hard goods to designs and delivery based on the services you’ve chosen.
Event design and production
It’s finally your day and all you have to do is sit back and enjoy! Our team will touch base with you (typically 30 days out from your date) to finalize any details and be on-site to manage the design set-up on event day.
